Camouflage  prints, military shades. An evergreen revived thanks to vintage or end-of-line field vests, with removable bulging pockets, that are   turned into large shopping bags. Trimming  and bottom are made of leather, while braided leather is used for the handles and shoulder straps. Similarly constructed are the Short bags, made from printed camou trousers.

Squared shopping bags made of  composed geometrical scraps of  fur and shearling resembling the old Tetris pattern. Double handles made of leather or velvet. Leather trimming and lining of cotton fabrics.

Demie bags made of sheredded fabrics, leather strips and shoe laces braided on scraps of pierced leather or dismissed plastic ad signs. Featuring  single handle, detachable strap and a removable internal pouch  of dead-stock fabric in matching color.

Ilaria Venturini Fendi was a speaker at the  new Anti_Fashion Project event that took place in Marseille 1-3 June. Curated by Li Edelkoort and organised by founder Stephanie Calvino, the  workshop was focused about the rethinking of the fashion system and alternative, more sustainable ways of approaching creativity and design.
